Episode 17 of the High Agency Architecture (HAA).

Today’s episode of the High Agency Architecture is a different one. Permit me to be your pastor, therapist, motivational speaker, and inspirational speaker.

A quick caveat before we begin: the ideas shared in this episode are simply my personal interpretations of life, spirituality, and how I believe God may communicate with us through our experiences. I am not claiming to know God’s intentions with certainty, nor am I suggesting that every hardship is a divine message. These are perspectives that have helped me make sense of the world, and you're welcome to take what resonates, question what doesn't, and arrive at your own conclusions.

In today’s episode, I spoke about spirituality. I shared my perspective on how God works in our lives. Whether you believe in a supreme being or not, this episode is worth listening to. Feel free to agree or disagree. Feel free to be skeptical or remain on the fence if that’s how you interpret the message—or if that’s where the spirit leads you. Oh my goodness gracious, I’m already in the spirit and talking like a preacher.

While reading the Subtle Art of Not Giving A F**k by Mark Manson, Mark touched on the entitlement mentality—the tendency to play the victim, engage in self-pity, and wallow in the belief that life has been unfair to you.

Of course, life can be unfair sometimes. Or perhaps I should say that life can simply be life. I believe life is neither fair nor unfair—it simply is. Regardless, you’ve got to take responsibility for yourself. You’ve got to be accountable for your life, even when certain circumstances are not your fault.

Mark Manson once said something along the lines of: when life gives you lemons, squeeze the hell out of them, throw them back at life, and ask, “Is that all you’ve got for me?” That’s one way to confront life’s unfairness and mysteries.

I went further by explaining how I believe the universe works and how God operates from a different dimension.

For example, imagine that God exists in the first dimension while we humans exist in the fourth. God doesn’t leave His dimension to come into ours to work with us. Instead, He works from where He is. Because of that, His guidance can sometimes be so subtle that we miss the memo, the signal, the pattern, or the message.

I expanded on this idea by using a friend of mine who survived an ischemic stroke as an example. He suffered a stroke largely because of his lifestyle choices. He smokes heavily—not just for enjoyment, but also to numb his pain. While it’s understandable to seek temporary relief or distraction, we should be careful not to let those distractions become the norm. We should be careful not to let them become our default setting.

At some point, we have to face our problems head-on. We have to squeeze every drop out of the lemons life has handed us, as Mark’s philosophy suggests.

I believe my friend first received a signal from God in 2018 when he was involved in a serious car accident while returning from his birthday celebration with his friends. He survived the crash without major injuries, although he lost some teeth.

In my view, if he had interpreted that experience as a wake-up call—a reminder to get his life together, stop numbing his pain, and begin addressing his problems little by little, with the best of his ability and the support of those around him—he might not have found himself in his current situation.

Yes, he survived the ischemic stroke, and for that I am grateful. However, his cognitive abilities do not seem to function the way they once did. At least, that’s the impression I’ve gotten from our conversations.

Episode 16 of the High Agency Architecture.

In this brilliant episode of the High Agency Architecture, I made a bold assertion that many people have overlooked or have not yet realized.

The assertion is this: the fact that you realize talent alone cannot make you exceptional—that you need to put in the work—and that you successfully applied that principle to gain mastery is, in itself, a form of genius.

You don't have to be the individual who was able to speak before turning one year old, or someone whose hand was bitten by a shark as a child and who would later go on to rule the world, before you can be acknowledged as a genius. Yes, I said it—and that's the perspective of the High Agency Architecture.

I arrived at this conclusion while reading Ego is the Enemy by Ryan Holiday. In the book, Ryan Holiday was discussing one of the greatest military leaders the world has ever seen, .

Ryan Holiday described Genghis Khan as someone who was not born a genius. He quoted a biographer who said that Genghis Khan was “a persistent cycle of pragmatic learning and constant revision, driven by his uniquely disciplined and focused will.”

He went further to explain that Genghis Khan was a perpetual student whose stunning victories were often the result of his ability to absorb the best technologies, practices, and innovations from every new culture his empire encountered.

As I've said before, from the perspective of the High Agency Architecture, Genghis Khan was a genius. The fact that he was able to tame his ego and embody the attitude of always remaining a student is, in itself, a form of genius.

Speaking of staying a student, I emphasized the benefits of that mindset throughout this episode.

“The ability to realize that putting in the work is a prerequisite for becoming exceptional is also another level of genius.”

Tim Denning has said multiple times that he possesses an average IQ—which I doubt, because I believe he's simply being humble. It's difficult to write with the level of depth and rawness that Tim Denning brings to his work while possessing merely average intellectual ability. However, he says this not merely to be humble, but to show people that he became a successful digital entrepreneur not because of extraordinary talent, but because of the amount of work he consistently put in.

I rounded off this thought with a story shared by a Nigerian social media influencer and gamer known as Tomide (@PlayWithTomide on Instagram) on the Honest Bunch podcast. In the story, he persuaded a friend to increase the salary of his maid and encouraged the maid to do the same for others if she ever found herself in a position of influence.

He summarized the lesson in a way that deeply resonated with the message of the High Agency Architecture:

“That's how the elevation of society works.”

Naval Ravikant once said that the real test of intelligence is if you get what you want out of life.

In this episode, I shared 3 things you need to do for you to get what you want out of life.

1.) Keep questing.

2.) Tame your ego.

3.) Read and listen to podcasts, talk shows, radio shows, or any form of content that can stimulate your cognitive.

I haven't really gotten what I want out of life but creating is definitely one of the things I'm cut out to do—and I've been doing it and loving it—with this Substack publication.

Episode 14 of the High Agency Architecture.

No teacher can educate you, no therapist can heal you, and no mentor can transform you until you’re ready to participate in your own evolution.

In today’s episode of the High Agency Architecture, I went further into the purpose of the High Agency Architecture. I would have talked about something different today if not for the fact that I’m currently reading Mark Manson’s book, The Subtle Art of Not Giving a F*ck.

What Mark said in his book goes against the High Agency Architecture agenda. Lol, absolutely not. I was only joking. It didn’t go against the High Agency Architecture agenda—it only further expressed an aspect of it that had remained unexpressed.

Mark said in his book:

“The rare people who do become truly exceptional at something do so not because they believe they’re exceptional. On the contrary, they become amazing because they’re obsessed with improvement. This stems from an unerring belief that they are, in fact, not that great at all. It’s anti-entitlement. People who become great at something become great because they understand that they’re not already great—they are mediocre, they are average—and that they could be so much better.”

Mark Manson was right, even though I don’t completely agree with his take. I don’t agree with the idea that they believe they are mediocre or average. Sure, there’s truth in that statement. However, some people actually believe they’re not average while on their journey to becoming exceptional—their obsession with improvement is simply an expression of that belief.

I addressed this perspective, as well as what said about the fact that a nutritionist cannot make you healthy unless you’re ready to become healthy. A therapist can’t help you heal if you’re not honest during your sessions. A teacher can’t educate a student unless he or she is ready to learn. And so on.

This ties directly into the purpose of the High Agency Architecture, which exists to help people rebuild themselves from the inside out—strategically, psychologically, financially, and creatively—but only if they allow themselves to be helped.

I’m currently on Chapter 7 of The Subtle Art of Not Giving a F*ck, and it has been mind-blowing. Mark wrote a masterpiece. It is a bestseller for a reason. If you haven’t read it, I highly recommend it.

Episode 13 of the High Agency Architecture.

I decided this morning to talk more about why the High Agency Architecture exists. I know I’ve discussed this before, but it’s a conversation that never ends. The goal is to keep preaching and spreading the message until those at the back hear it loud and clear, internalize it, and begin applying it to their lives.

The goal is to create more exceptional people. The goal is to become gatekeepers and create opportunities for others to become gatekeepers as well, so they can build environments where more people have the chance to thrive.

Jay-Z said in the song “Moment of Clarity” from the Black Album

“ 🎶 And I can’t help the poor if I’m one of them. So I got rich and gave back to me. That’s a win-win.”

This line is incredibly profound and can be interpreted in many ways—which is exactly what I explored in this broadcast.

By “gave back to me,” Jay-Z was referring to people from the same communities and circumstances he came from. In other words, once he became successful, he was in a position to help those who were once in the same situation as him.

He realized that one of the most effective ways to help poor people is to create wealth and leverage it for their benefit. That mentality is at the heart of the High Agency Architecture philosophy.

Jay-Z has not only created opportunities within Black communities but has also challenged the gatekeepers who often make it difficult for Black people to thrive in entertainment and entrepreneurship.

He has helped artists pay off debts, escape exploitative record deals, supported efforts to free people from prison, and invested in opportunities that create upward mobility for others.

The High Agency Architecture also exists to promote a culture of reading. It champions learning, critical thinking, and the practical application of knowledge. It encourages people to do more than merely survive life—it encourages them to truly live. It reinforces the idea that you should explore every available option in pursuit of your goals.

If someone were to ask me, “What is the High Agency Architecture all about?” and I had only 30 seconds to explain it in simple terms, I would say:

“The High Agency Architecture exists to help people rebuild themselves from the inside out—strategically, psychologically, financially, and creatively.”

Episode 12 of the High Agency Architecture.

“You can't rise above the quality of your thoughts.” — Pastor Sam Adeyemi

In today's episode of the High Agency Architecture, I dissected this ideology of your internal architecture determining the quality of your life.

In the last 15 years of my life, I've reflected a lot on the human sociology and psychology. And during those reflections, I've come to realize one truth. This one truth is the fact that the quality of your mind determines the quality of your life.

The reason why many are mentally and financially impoverished is because of the quality of their minds. And what determines the quality of a human mind is a little bit of nature and a whole lot of nurture. The environment you grew up in, the schools you went to, your parents/guardians, your circle of friends & acquaintances, the type of diet you consume—your nutritional & informational diet.

I thought about this, and it occurred to me that although you may not have been able to control this situation when you were young, you can take control of it as an adult by being intentional about your life.

This is what prompted me to come up with four ways to improve the quality of your mind.

1.) Engage in fun activities.

2.) Do Hard Things.

3.) Read, write, and talk.

4.) Sleep like your life depends on it—of course—it does.

Episode 11 of the High Agency Architecture.

Success is not motivation; it is identity engineering. Until your aspirations become part of your identity, success will remain unattainable and will end up as mere wishful thinking.

The central idea of this episode is: You don't rise to the level of your motivation, you rise to the level of the identify you've architected.

A year ago, I was in a virtual meeting with members of a financial book club I belong to. The discussion was centered on how to take the community to the next level. At one point, the conversation shifted to accountability partners. I shared my experience with the founder of the club. Over time, I had been assigned two different accountability partners, but neither had been particularly active. Ironically, one of my former accountability partners was present in the meeting when I said this, lol—I can be a bit petty sometimes. 🙄

I explained that whenever I reached out, the engagement wasn't there. The responses were inconsistent, and the accountability relationship never developed into what it was intended to be.

Then I made a statement that caught some people off guard:

“I don't need an accountability partner to read the book of the month.”

Now, don't get me wrong. I'd love to have an active accountability partner. I'd love to exchange ideas, challenge assumptions, and have intellectually stimulating conversations about what we're reading. But I don't need one to make me read.

Why?

Because I have engineered a reader identity.

Reading is no longer something I force myself to do. It is part of who I am.

And that's when it hit me. This is exactly how success works.

Most people think success is a motivation problem. It isn't. It's an identity problem.

People spend years searching for motivation, discipline, productivity hacks, accountability systems, and external pressure. But those things are temporary. They can help, but they cannot carry the full weight of transformation.

The real challenge is identity incongruence.

People want the outcomes of one identity while maintaining the habits and beliefs of another. They want the body of an athlete while protecting the identity of a comfort seeker. They want the income of an entrepreneur while maintaining the mindset of an employee. They want the influence of a creator while consuming far more than they create.

Eventually, identity wins.

That's why discipline often fails.

If every action feels like a battle against who you believe you are, you will eventually lose the fight. The person who sees himself as a reader rarely needs motivation to read. The person who sees herself as an athlete rarely needs motivation to train. The person who sees himself as a disciplined professional rarely needs motivation to execute.

Identity reduces friction.

The problem is that most people inherit their identities instead of designing them. Their self-concept is shaped by family, culture, peers, past failures, and labels they accepted without question.

High-agency individuals do something different.

They treat identity as architecture.

They consciously design the type of person they want to become and then build systems that reinforce that identity every day.

The process is simple:

First, audit your current identity. What stories are you telling yourself?

Second, design your future identity. Who must you become for your goals to become inevitable?

Third, collect evidence. Every action is a vote for the person you are becoming.

Every workout is a vote.

Every page read is a vote.

Every promise kept is a vote.

Success is not motivation.

Success is identity engineering.

And if you're struggling to close the gap between who you are and who you know you're capable of becoming, then the issue may not be your goals, your discipline, or your work ethic.

The issue may be the architecture beneath them.

Episode 10 of the High Agency Architecture.

In this episode of High Agency Architecture, I talked about why passion and talent are not enough. Passion and talent alone cannot make you exceptional; you need to put in the work. No one has ever become exceptional through talent alone.

I shared the story of former Chelsea footballer, Eden Hazard, how his talent alone couldn't take him as far as it should have, despite being gifted and passionate about football. His gift became a curse because he couldn't see beyond it. He was so confident in his natural ability that he sometimes skipped training sessions while other players worked to improve. Yet, he still managed to score goals or provide assists almost every weekend in Premier League matches.

There's something I do from time to time when I'm taking a walk. I buy four pieces of chewing gum and chew them. I'm not doing it for the pleasure and sweetness of the gum. I chew gum because I believe it helps with fresh breath and verbal fluency.

On one particular day, while I was outside my house with friends, family, and acquaintances, I brought out two pieces of chewing gum to chew. One of my friends asked why I was chewing gum, and I told him it was partly for fluency purposes. He didn't buy the idea because he believed that great communication is something you're born with. He laughed at my explanation and pointed out that many people who communicate fluently don't chew gum.

And he's right. However, those people weren't simply born fluent. Even if some of them had a natural gift for communication, they still nurtured and developed that gift over time.

Listen to this illuminating episode to challenge your assumptions about talent, passion, and agency. Talent and passion matter, but they are not enough. You need agency, discipline, and systems to develop your gifts. No one becomes exceptional by luck.

Episode 9 Of The High Agency Architecture.

Karl Marx once said, “Religion is the illusion of hope. To abolish the illusion of hope demands creating real hope.”

So, in this episode, I talked about how you can systemize and institutionalize your hope. Instead of believing in the illusion of hope, which is not going to get you anywhere, you systemize your hope. You can only thrive on hope that has been systemized. If you don’t systemize your hope, you’re not going to experience real hope in your lifetime. Yeah, I said that.

Here are five ways, plus an additional bonus (thanks to my generosity. Y’all don’t deserve me. 😊), to systemize and institutionalize your hope:

1) Doubling down on your strengths.

2) Being kind and useful will get you farther in life than most things. What a beautiful and highly rewarding trait.

3) Socializing. Yeah, meeting more people is one of the best ways to create a system through which you can experience real hope, a system that helps you achieve whatever it is you’ve set out to achieve.

4) Being knowledgeable. You need to know a bit about most things. Read voraciously. It shows in your conversations and sells you far better than a rehearsed networking pitch.

5) Practicing delayed gratification. Naval Ravikant said, “Be patient. It takes 10 years to build a career in anything.” Yeah, you have to be patient if you want to experience real hope.

Additional Bonus:

Being available and having your cellphone with you. I know this sounds counterintuitive to what is popular on the internet. The narrative online is to put your cellphone in another room and build your business, your digital business. Put your cellphone away so you can focus.

Yes, they are right. We are dealing with a “lack of focus” pandemic, and putting your phone away will help you focus and build something deep, useful, and possibly monumental. Putting your cellphone away will give you the ability to engage in “Deep Work,” according to Cal Newport.

However, as a young creator or digital entrepreneur, you’ve got to be available. You need to have your cellphone with you when you’re not creating because you haven’t earned the right to keep your phone away from you. You need to reply to every email. You need that attention, and you have to earn that attention if you want to build a business from it.

Episode 8 of the High Agency Architecture.

Leverage.

Today’s topic is Leverage.

In this episode, I shared four scenarios—three from other people and one from my personal experience—where leverage was used to achieve something remarkable.

Here are the four things discussed in this episode:

• I shared a perspective from a Nollywood movie I watched 14 years ago, where a man who had just lost his father was asked to choose between his dad’s two businesses—the legal corporate business and the illegal drug business. He chose the illegal business because that’s where his leverage lay. He said he loved to play dirty and get involved in enterprises or engagements with high risk.

• A veteran Nigerian broadcaster, Daddy Freeze, said he had always been talkative right from his high school days. He talked a lot, and his classmates found him interesting and fascinating. He said he was always on the list of noisemakers in class, and his teachers used to shame, mock, and spank him for talking too much. Many years later, he met one of those teachers, and the teacher asked him what he did for a living. He replied by saying, “I talk for a living.” This is a practical example of someone who understands the power of leverage by venturing into broadcasting because he knew he could talk. And talking is the primary skill required to become a broadcaster. The rest is secondary.

• Another veteran Nigerian broadcaster, Frank Edoho, talked about another skill he possesses aside from communication, which is photography. He is a badass photographer who helped his ex-wife build her interior decorating business. He said this during a virtual class I attended where he was teaching us about communication. He mentioned that if he ever relocated to somewhere like the United States of America, he would use his photography skill to help real estate companies get the best snapshots of their properties. Boom! That's his fucking leverage to earn as a fresh migrant in the United States of America.

• Lastly, I shared my own leverage. What’s my leverage? My leverage is being able to talk too. My oratory ability. Being able to play with my imagination as a creative. My vested interest in studying human psychology, sociology, philosophy, religion, et al, to have a holistic view of society and, in turn, use it to expand my vision, purpose, and business—The High Agency Architecture.

Episode 6 of the High Agency Architecture.

Today's episode is about paying attention to details - the little things are systemic - and they matter.

I was listening to an interview of JJ Omojuwa once again (oh my goodness, I like to watch him talk) where he said if he wants to hire someone and that person told him they pay attention to details. He is not going to look at the shoes they're wearing or the suits they're putting on because they could have that borrowed and well ironed—we’ll know by default that'd get anyone's attention. He said he's going to look at their nails. Are the nails clean? If those nails are clean, that can serve as a proof that, truly, they do pay attention to details—because those are the little things—and little things they say matter. They matter and they are systemic. If you can pay attention to the little things as treating your nails well, you're likely to pay attention to the big things. You're likely to see the bigger picture and seeing the bigger picture in every situation puts you ahead of the majority and gives you the technical know how to solve problems.

I took this a step further by discussing my observation of a video that circulated the internet during COVID of young kids in an elementary school in China gathered to form a circle bouncing balls and passing it to one while rotating in motion.

This video is not just an exercise or fun for those kids. There's something deeper that that exercise would teach those kids. Things like teamwork, collaboration, public building, etc.

Episode 5 Of The High Agency Architecture.

Today's episode is about the commitment to the mind/knowledge.

The journey of commitment to the mind is a lifelong journey. It's an intentional one. You have to be totally dedicated to your mind if you want to get the most out of life.

Every second, every minute, matters. It's not something you practice only when you feel inspired.

Last week I was listening to an interview of JJ Omojuwa — a columnist & digital Entrepreneur — on the Notmotivated podcast. He said on the podcast that he realized early in life that everything rises and falls back on his mind. For him to make the most out of life, he needs to be intentionally committed to his mind. For this reason, he has had a library in every house he has lived in. He takes his Kindle along with him wherever he goes. If he is at a conference and the speaker is boring, he brings out his Kindle and starts reading. He makes every minute of his life count because every moment matters. He's aware of the fact that the little things matter, and your journey to greatness starts from paying attention to the little things—and doing them well.

I believe there are three things in life that have no substitute. Those things are: food, money, and knowledge.

I explored the knowledge part in this episode. If I knew what I know now in 2018, depression would have been a thing of the past for me. Yeah, I'm aware that only experience can teach you some things. However, committing to your mind by consuming as much quality information as you can, reading like your life depends on it (of course, it does—because ignorance can be suicidal), and applying what you've learned to your life can save you a lot and help you navigate whatever type of lemons life throws at you. Knowledge increases your level of self-awareness, which has a huge role to play in the way you react to the curveballs life throws at you. Of course, you can't know it all, but you can know a bit about a lot of things. Study sociology, psychology, philosophy, human nature, physiology, and history.

Commitment to your mind is a lifelong journey. It has no destination, so you might as well learn how to enjoy the process. Learn how to find pleasure in the journey because there's no destination you'll arrive at. A lot of things in life are like that; it's just that society has programmed us to believe that everything you commit to must have a destination. The conventional structure taught us that. I have no problem with structure, but I've come to realize that if you aren't careful with the way you navigate anything that has to do with structure, you'll become indoctrinated into the Destination Operating System.

Episode 4 of the High Agency Architecture.

In the previous episode, I promised to talk about the reasons why I launched the High Agency Architecture Movement. And here I am discussing it in today's episode—as one of the tenets of High-agency individuals is doing what they said they're going to do.

High Agency Architecture Exists to Create More High Agency Thinkers

From the book, On the Genealogy of Morals by Friedrich Nietzsche—the renowned German Philosopher & Writer, Nietzsche talked about two groups of people in any population. The Master Moralist & the Slave Moralist.

The Master Moralist are considered the “Strong” who are more talented/intelligent/gifted than average. While the Slave Moralist are considered the “Weak” who are less talented/gifted/intelligent than average.

He went further to explain that the Strong will naturally amass power & influence because they are capable of doing so with their extraordinary gift and extraordinary work rate. While the Weak will be outsmarted and outdid by the Strong because they don't possess such rare gift/talent/intelligence—and also not ready to put in the extraordinary work—even with their average talent—which makes them lose the ability to amass power & influence. It deprives them the opportunity to have a seat at the table.

Both the Strong and the Weak adopt ethical beliefs that justify their positions. The Strong believes that they earned their position in Society, while the Weak believes that they deserve incentives, palliatives, aids, and charities from the Strong. They believe the Strong should give out their possessions to the less privileged. They should live for others, not themselves.

I know some of you, perhaps, all of y'all might have come across this narrative that depicts Millionaires & Billionaires as evil and unethical people who hoards money that's meant to be shared among the less fortunate. The belief that they accumulate resources meant for everyone. It's a common narrative on the internet and off the internet.

I agree with Nietzsche on this. The High-agency individuals are the Master Moralist while the low-agency individuals are the Slave Moralist.

If you've been following my articles and podcasts by now you should know what I stand for. I stand for critical thinking, not participating in crowd mentality, f**k the society—because they don't have a clue about what it is that they practice, and Intentionality.

But no matter how long I preach this message. No matter how long I communicate this ideology on the internet via my essays, podcasts, and videos, not everyone would listen. The message is not for everyone—which is fine.

The idea of the High Agency Architecture is to leverage those that are interested in the message. It is to build a society where we have more exceptionals than we have before. To build a system where the capacity and the ability to be exceptional is more available than before.

There’s this widely held narrative (though the numbers here are just my way of breaking it down) that 85% of people are naturally inclined to follow. Then there’s 10% who step in as leaders, running the show. The last 5%? They’re the ones perceptive enough to see through the nonsense the 10% feed the 85%.

What faction do you belong to?

High-agency individuals are the 10% and the last 5%.

I believe talent is necessary to become exceptional. But talent alone is not enough. Many talented people never reach their potential because their minds have been conditioned and polluted by society.

High Agency Architecture exists to rebuild that thinking. It provides the mental architecture—the internal toolset—needed to fully explore and maximize your skill set in pursuit of becoming exceptional.

I started High Agency Architecture because I understand that my message—refusing to let society think for you—is not for everyone, no matter how long I preach it.

However, society becomes better when there are more exceptional people within it. The exceptionals are the innovators, thinkers, builders, and creators who generate opportunities, push civilization forward, and shape the future for everyone else.

The thing about High-Agency Individuals is that they have Bias toward action. When faced with obstacles or challenges, they focus on finding a way forward, treating problems as solvable, not reasons to stop. They don't make logical or justifiable excuses—they do what they need to do regardless of the circumstances. They are a go-getter.

I talked about this in this episode and I went personal by sharing my depression journey, how I made a lot of tiny mistakes by not taking my sleep & diet seriously which led to failure (Mental Health Disaster) and also the lot of tiny steps I took to attain the success of walking long distance without feeling exhausted like the sky was coming down to crash on me.

Episode 40, the last episode of the Self-Education Audio Reflection Series.

In this final episode of the self-education series, we explore the importance of humility in knowledge. I shared a story about a professor and a young boatman to illustrate that no matter how much we learn, there will always be things we don’t know. The professor, despite his academic achievements, couldn’t swim, while the young boy, who lacked formal education, had essential survival skills.

Are you aware that some set of individuals has something in them that's bigger than college?

This kind of people are who Naval is talking about. The fact that they went to college is not the reason why they are smart. It's not the reason why they were able to build what they've built.

Now that we're clear on that, let’s address the silence.

Those who have been here since Day 1 know that the 40 Days of Self-Education Audio Reflection Series paused at Day 38.

The reason is simple.

We are in the month of Ramadan.

Yes, I am a Muslim—a practicing one. Fasting requires a different rhythm of life, and because of that I decided to pause the broadcast.

I’ve been using this period—which will end in about four to five days—to rest, reflect, replenish my energy, and recalibrate.

Once the fasting ends, we will resume the Self-Education Audio Reflection Series. Not immediately, but shortly after Ramadan when the rhythm settles again.

We’ll record the final two episodes and complete the 40 Days series.

But something important happens after that.

We transition.

So far, this journey has explored Self-Discovery and Self-Education. The next phase moves beyond reflection.

We are entering a solution-driven era.

A podcast that does not merely educate or entertain—but helps solve real problems.
